## Description

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Loyalty Program Management to lead our loyalty programmes in Australia and New Zealand.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth and continuous optimisation of issuer card linked offer (CLO) and loyalty programmes across AUNZPI.

Key responsibilities include:

- Owning the performance and growth of issuer CLO and merchant loyalty programmes

- Driving structured optimisation cycles focused on improving activation, engagement, repeat usage, and value delivery

- Translating programme performance insights into clear recommendations and actions

- Leading ongoing programme cadence with banks and merchant partners, including regular performance reviews and optimisation discussions

- Shaping programme roadmaps in partnership with Client Account Executives

- Setting clear priorities and sequencing for programme enhancements and evolution

- Guiding programme configuration, mechanics, and engagement approaches to support growth objectives

- Ensuring programmes are scalable, sustainable, and aligned to client goals

Requirements:

- 5+ years’ experience in loyalty programmes, card‑linked offers, CRM, or customer engagement solutions

- Strong understanding of loyalty mechanics and customer behaviour

- Proven ability to drive programme optimisation and growth in client‑facing roles

- Data‑driven with strong analytical and storytelling skills

- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication capability
