## Description

We are seeking a Risk Manager / Strategisk rådgivare to work at Ringhals AB, a nuclear power plant located on the west coast of Sweden.

The successful candidate will have a central role in developing and coordinating the company's overall risk management.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and coordinate Ringhals' overall risk management structures, processes, and methods

- Identify and prepare development needs within the risk management area

- Develop, implement, and evaluate methods, models, and working methods for risk management

- Coordinate and drive the company's risk forums and risk meetings

- Support managers and operations in risk-related issues and provide guidance on risk assessments and risk management processes

- Plan and conduct training and information initiatives within risk management

- Follow up on decided actions and analyze effects and outcomes of implemented risk management activities

- Communicate changes, expectations, and working methods to management and other parts of the organization

Requirements:

- Relevant academic degree

- Several years of experience in strategic or overall development work

- Experience in risk management, internal control, governance, management systems, or similar areas

- Experience in facilitating workshops, forums, or development initiatives

- Good analytical ability and experience in converting complex information into clear recommendations

- Experience in change management and implementation of new working methods is merited

- Very good knowledge of Swedish and English
