## Description

WSP is currently seeking a Coordinator - Proposal to support our Strategic Growth Team, US. The successful candidate will assist marketing professionals and managers in preparing proposals, qualifications, and other marketing materials.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with technical SMEs, business, graphics, and support functions to gather inputs and ensure timely delivery of proposal components.

- Support seniors in developing high-quality proposal content, including executive summaries and project descriptions.

- Ensure strict compliance with RFP/RFQ requirements and maintain high standards of quality control.

- Manage proposal knowledge assets, including templates and content repositories.

- Identify and escalate proposal risks and gaps.

- Facilitate collaboration between US and GCC teams.

- Drive process improvement and standardization initiatives.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Journalism, or English.

- 2-5 years of experience in proposal development and coordination.

- Strong proposal management and coordination skills.

- Excellent writing, editing, and communication abilities.

- High attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

- Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe InDesign, and SharePoint.
