## Description

Are you looking for a career where you can make a real difference in the lives of children with autism? Above and Beyond Therapy is seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Behavior Support Assistants, providing crucial support to children in need.

As a Behavior Support Assistant, you will work closely with our experienced team to deliver individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy sessions in either home or center-based settings. Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing direct 1:1 ABA therapy to children

- Implementing personalized treatment plans developed by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)

- Collecting data and submitting session notes

- Collaborating with colleagues and supervisors

- Participating in regular staff meetings and training sessions

To succeed in this role, you should have:

- Experience working with children or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder

- Strong communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing

- The ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, supervisors, and families

- A valid state ID and reliable transportation

- A clean criminal background check
