## Description

As a Director, Regional Sales Manager with Capital One Auto Finance, you will manage a dynamic team of 8-10 Area Sales Managers.

The company is growing and hiring across the country to build the next generation on sound practices and values.

**General Responsibilities:**

- Provides primary management and oversight to Regional sales team by ensuring sales protocol is followed and business results are maximized.

- Responsible for in-field sales coaching of a high-performance sales team of up to 10 Area Sales Managers to meet and exceed all critical sales performance objectives.

- Coordinates activities and partners with Sales Management team to obtain maximum efficiencies in production.

- Must possess a well-developed capacity to analyze and organize a sales team of outside sales representatives, including time management, account management, problem-solving, and customer interaction skills.

- Must be able to work independently and in collaboration with others on assigned tasks and projects while meeting all deadlines.

- Must be able to engage directly and effectively with Key Customers to build strong relationships and generate incremental originations volumes.

- Provides oversight on policy and procedure adherence and ensures compliant actions.

- Extensive travel (up to 60%)

**Basic Qualifications:**

- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification

- At least 4 years of experience managing teams or people in the financial services industry or 4 years of sales experience within the auto finance industry.

- At least 4 years of credit underwriting experience in indirect lending

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree

- 5+ years of credit underwriting experience in the indirect lending, auto finance industry.

- 5+ years of experience managing people and/or teams in the auto finance industry.

- 1+ years of experience analyzing, reporting on, and setting goals based on performance metrics.

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are $187,300 - $213,700.

This role is also eligible to earn performance-based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives.
