## Description

Join a 4-star hotel, Mercure Nancy Centre Stanislas, part of the Accor network, as a Maintenance Technician.

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel's technical systems, including maintenance, safety, and energy efficiency.

Responsibilities:

- Ensure the proper functioning of all technical elements and installations in the hotel

- Optimize energy consumption and implement a preventive maintenance plan

- Manage subcontracting contracts and budgets for maintenance and safety activities

- Coordinate with other departments to ensure regulatory compliance and implement safety procedures

- Provide technical support to other departments and ensure training on safety procedures

- Monitor and control energy consumption and implement cost-saving measures

- Manage investment projects and provide advice to the hotel management on technical matters

Requirements:

- 3 years of experience in a similar field

- Initial training in electrical engineering, hotel maintenance, or a related field

- Practical and theoretical knowledge of heating, cooling, air conditioning, building pathology, water treatment, and electrical systems

- Knowledge of computer tools and languages (French required, English a plus)

- Autonomy, dynamism, attention to detail, and sense of service
