## Description

We are seeking an Assistant Sales Manager for our Industrial Adhesive & Tapes Division. As an Assistant Sales Manager, you will be responsible for meeting designated sales targets, generating qualified opportunities, and winning new business within a target timeframe.

Key responsibilities include:

- Developing a deep understanding of our adhesive and tape products, including their features, benefits, and applications.

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs, and providing solutions.

- Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

- Providing technical support and product demonstrations to customers, ensuring they understand product applications and benefits.

- Collaborating with key stakeholders to drive solutions to customers.

- Managing time effectively, being highly disciplined, and updating sales activities, demand forecasts, and competitor activities monthly.

Requirements:

- A Bachelor's Degree in Science (Chemical, Industrial, Engineering) or equivalent.

- Minimum 5-8 years of sales experience in a manufacturing and industrial environment with a good network and contacts.

- Self-starter with a high motivation level, excellent interpersonal, and communication skills.

- Highly independent, creative, and able to work under pressure.

- Good analytical and presentation skills, proficient in English and Mandarin.

- Possess own transport with a valid driving license, and willingness to travel outstation at least twice a quarter within Malaysia.
