## Description

Above and Beyond Therapy is looking for exceptional Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our team as a full-time Clinical Assessor. You will conduct initial assessments, design treatment plans, and supervise behaviour technicians. We offer a salary of USD 90,000-95,000 per year, flexible work hours, and a supportive work environment.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct intake evaluations, including functional behavioural assessments and skills assessments

- Design treatment plans of care

- Supervise and monitor the progress of behaviour technicians

- Design positive behavioural treatment and skill acquisition plans with goals tailored to the individual

- Supervise and train ABA technicians; implement, model and monitor progress of individualized behaviour support and skill plans with ABA technicians

- Provide caring support during family conversations to ensure parents fully understand assessment results and treatment recommendations

- Graph data, adjust strategies as needed to ensure progress, and provide routine progress summaries

Requirements:

- Valid BCBA Certificate

- Experience working with children and teens diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities

- Vehicle required for travel between assignments, and valid driver's license
