## Description

Howden Private Wealth, part of the Howden Group, is seeking a Wealth Management and Life Insurance Planning Professional to join its Marketing and Products team. You will work closely with key referral partners to increase wealth management and life insurance planning awareness among their existing client base.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Work with referral partners to promote wealth management and life insurance planning services to their clients

- Develop new referral partnerships through personal contacts and networks

- Provide market intelligence and prepare reports on business development activities

- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and referral partners

- Promote Howden Private Wealth's thought leadership expertise to develop business opportunities

- Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to group policies and procedures

- Conduct coaching and training sessions for referral partners

- Collaborate with referral partners to identify client opportunities for wealth management services

- Plan and support introducer and client marketing events

- Assist with business administration tasks

**Requirements:**

- Experience in distributing or selling wealth management services, particularly life insurance products, and working with high-net-worth individuals

- Minimum 5 years of experience in the wealth management industry

- Fluent in spoken and written Thai and English, with strong presentation skills

- Ideally licensed to conduct life insurance advisory in Thailand

- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently

- Passionate about the importance of wealth planning
