## Description

This is a full-time Associate Consultant role in Financial Risk Analytics (FRA) at S&P Global, based in Tokyo. You will manage FRA client implementation projects across the APAC region, ensuring high client satisfaction and effective project management.

**Responsibilities:**

- Manage a portfolio of FRA prospects and clients, controlling project activities

- Prepare and execute senior stakeholder reporting and communication

- Communicate project status to internal and external stakeholders

- Balance resourcing schedules for in-progress and planned projects

- Provide ongoing risk management

- Prepare business cases and project initiation materials

- Capture project metrics and implement KPIs

- Prioritize tasks and manage day-to-day issues

- Coordinate with financial engineering, design, development, and QA teams

- Prepare End Project and Lessons Learned reports

- Support other project managers and provide holiday cover

- Be flexible with waterfall, agile, and RAID deliveries

- Coordinate release window activity

- Support FRA sales colleagues

- Take ownership of delivering daily results to clients

- Quality check input and output data

- Troubleshoot errors and work with internal groups

- Respond to client requests with detailed analysis and feedback

- Perform testing in UAT and pre-prod environments

- Support FRA customers and prospects in local language (Japanese)

- Provide technical support, including performance tuning and error investigation

- Support sales and account managers during pre-sales activities
