## Description

We are seeking a Chef Manager to join our team at Shockerwick House Care Home in Bath. As a Chef Manager, you will be responsible for creating a varied and nutritional menu in line with the dietary needs and preferences of our residents. You will lead and mentor the kitchen team to deliver an excellent dining experience.

**Responsibilities:**

- Using your passion for cooking and experience in a fresh food kitchen to create a varied and nutritional menu

- Leading and mentoring the kitchen team to deliver an excellent dining experience

- Being innovative in your approach to cooking and maintaining high standards

- Managing all mandatory paperwork, including COSHH and HACCP guidelines, company policies and procedures, budgets, and orders and deliveries

- Catering for special events or seasonal activities, such as summer fetes, Christmas parties, and birthdays

**Requirements:**

- Previous experience working in a fresh food kitchen and relevant hygiene certificates

- Passion for cooking and delivering an excellent dining experience

- Natural leadership skills and ability to mentor and support others

- Innovative approach to cooking and maintaining high standards
