## Description

We are seeking a Creator Marketing Manager to develop and implement a strategic framework for Creator Marketing in the market. You will be responsible for building and managing relationships with creators, planning and executing creator-led projects, and monitoring program performance.

**Responsibilities**

- Develop and own the strategic framework for Creator Marketing within the market, adapting global strategies to local business objectives

- Build, maintain, and manage an impactful creator roster with a focus on strong and trustful relationships

- Plan, execute, and report on creator-led projects, ensuring they meet objectives and add value to both Red Bull and the creators

- Monitor, track, and report on the performance of the full program

- Collaborate with various business units to integrate creators into existing and new events and projects

**Requirements**

- +3 years of experience working professionally within the creators/social media influencers industry or related businesses

- Good knowledge of the creator marketing scene and a great feeling for content and trends

- Strong communication skills and ability to work with creators, contracts, and content creation

- Clear understanding of the entertainment and creators' industry

- Strong project management skills, presentation, and motivational skills

- Creative and innovative mindset, open to new things

- Ability to write, present, and articulate ideas clearly

- Team player with a 'can-do' attitude and focus on delivering results
