## Description

We are seeking a Customer and Trading Manager to lead our nightshift team at our Farnham store.

As a Customer and Trading Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team overnight to deliver all replenishment activities across the store, whilst getting stuck in yourself to prioritise deliveries, organise the warehouse, and replenish shelves.

You will often be running a full store operation on your own overnight, being responsible for the full shift and the safety and wellbeing of colleagues in store.

Your main objectives will be to:

- Make sure that standards are brilliant come morning so we're ready to serve our customers

- Manage performance and capability, conduct disciplinaries, and ensure scheduling and pay are accurate

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

- A track record of delivering brilliant customer service and coaching colleagues to do the same

- Experience of leading a team in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment

- Operational leadership skills

- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding KPIs

- Experience of managing employee relations issues, including performance and absence management
