## Description

We are seeking a Medicare Field Sales Agent to join our team in Newark, OH. As a Medicare Field Sales Agent, you will report to the Senior Manager, MarketPoint Sales, and work as part of a collaborative team of 8-12 Medicare Sales Agents.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Building trust and educating individuals on Humana's Medicare Advantage plans and additional offerings

- Creating meaningful, face-to-face connections through grassroots marketing, community events, and in-home visits

- Driving self-generated sales, meeting performance goals, and expanding Humana's presence in the market

- Utilizing company-issued iPads and multiple digital platforms simultaneously to support member consultations, enrollments, documentation, CRM updates, and follow-up activities

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- An active Health Insurance License or the ability to obtain one prior to your start date

- A valid state driver's license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance

- Demonstrated ability to use an iPad, mobile applications, and web-based systems in a customer-facing environment

- Comfort with daily face-to-face interactions in prospective members' homes, at community-based events, and engaging with the community through service, retail environment, organizations, volunteer work, or local events

This is a full-time, field-based role with a salary range of $31,800 - $123,800 per year.
