## Description

As an Online Team Leader at Morrisons, you will lead, support, and coordinate a team of colleagues to ensure every online order is picked, packed, and ready on time.

You will coach your team, streamline processes, and build cross-functional relationships across the store to keep customer service levels high.

Key responsibilities:

- Analyse department data to identify opportunities and minimise substitutions
