## Description

As a physical therapist at Sanford Health and Good Samaritan Society, you will diagnose and treat individuals with conditions that limit their ability to move and work, aiming to improve their quality of life by alleviating pain and increasing physical function.

Your responsibilities will include planning, organising, and delivering physical therapy programmes, documenting patient information, educating patients and their family members about treatment plans and self-exercises, and analysing and recording the therapeutic progress of patients.

You will work collaboratively with a large team of physical therapists, spending more one-on-one time with patients and building lasting relationships.

This role requires flexibility, collaboration, out-of-the-box thinking, and problem-solving to provide the best care for patients.

You will be expected to lift and transfer patients, handle being on your feet every day, and follow guidelines, regulations, standards, and safety procedures in the therapy process.
