## Description

We are seeking a Principal Public Relations Manager to join the Corporate Communications team at Twilio. In this wide-ranging, fast-paced, and strategic role, you will be a core member of Twilio's Public Relations team, leading external communications in support of Twilio executives, customers, partners, and employer brand.

Responsibilities:

- Lead Employer Brand PR: Drive awareness of Twilio as a great place to work by spotlighting the company's people, values, and culture through proactive external storytelling.

- Own External CAO Communications: Design and execute a comprehensive external communications strategy for Twilio's Chief Administrative Officer.

- Manage Partner and Customer PR: Identify external storytelling opportunities highlighting Twilio's customers and partners.

- Lead Social Impact PR: Develop thought leadership content and secure media coverage spotlighting Twilio.org and social impact organizations.

- Support Financial Communications: Support Twilio's quarterly earnings, acquisition, and industry investment announcements.

- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Lead PR programs and drive media relations, collaborating with stakeholders across internal teams and external agency partners.

Qualifications:

- 10+ years of experience in corporate communications, executive communications, or public relations, ideally within a high-growth or enterprise technology environment.

- Exceptional media relations, with a demonstrated ability to successfully pitch and place stories in top-tier business and technology outlets.

- Proven track record of directly supporting and advising C-suite leaders in high-stakes, fast-moving environments.

- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with executive judgment and the ability to capture a specific leader's authentic voice.

- Strong business acumen and financial communications experience, ideally with a publicly traded company.

Location: Remote - US Travel: Approximately 20% travel anticipated
