- Advanced analytical skills, including Excel (pivot tables, Power Query, complex formulas, dashboards). Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools is preferred.

- Experience in material management, demand planning, direct procurement or supply chain operations.

- Strong understanding of component‑level supply chains, ideally in high‑tech hardware.

- Proven ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

- Excellent communication, presentation and collaboration skills.

- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.

- Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).

**Preferred Qualifications**

- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field; advanced university degree preferred.

- 7+ years of experience in semiconductor supply chain, commodity management, demand/supply planning, procurement, or supply operations.

- Background in networking, server, or hardware manufacturing environments.

- Process improvement mindset with experience driving operational efficiency.

- Deliver accurate and actionable reporting that enables effective decision-making and executive visibility.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance planning processes, reporting capabilities, and operational efficiency.
