## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Fashion, Home & Beauty section, where you'll play a vital frontline role in delivering style advice and five-star service.

We're looking for passionate, fashion-forward individuals who are ready to drive sales, grow our share in the style space, and help customers discover our most on-trend and fashionable products.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing excellent customer service

- Maintaining high standards of efficiency and effectiveness

- Utilising digital tools to enhance the customer experience

- Working flexibly to meet the needs of the business

This is a part-time role with varying shifts, including Mondays from 13:00-17:00, Thursdays from 17:00-21:00, and Saturdays from 15:00-19:00. Due to operational requirements, you may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
