We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Plant Maintenance (PM) Lead Consultant to lead and deliver complex SAP PM solutions across multiple client engagements. In this role, you will take end-to-end ownership of the SAP PM workstream, provide strategic guidance to clients, mentor consulting teams, and ensure high-quality delivery aligned with SAP S/4HANA best practices.

This position combines hands-on functional expertise and client advisory responsibilities, making it ideal for an experienced consultant ready to drive large-scale transformation programs.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading the SAP PM workstream on S/4HANA implementation, rollout, or conversion programs.

- Owning solution design decisions for end-to-end plant maintenance and asset management processes.

- Ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery of PM scope across project phases.

- Managing dependencies and risks across PM, EAM, and integrated SAP modules.

- Acting as the primary SAP PM trusted advisor for client stakeholders.

- Leading executive-level discussions on maintenance strategy, asset reliability, and S/4HANA roadmap.

- Translating complex business challenges into scalable SAP S/4HANA PM solutions.

- Driving fit-to-standard and process harmonization discussions using SAP best practices.
