## Description

We are seeking a student intern to work 20 hours a week in our Customer Engagement Centre, building sustainable relationships with our customers.

As a Customer Engagement Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting potential and existing customers throughout their customer journey.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Communicating with customers via phone, chat, and email, and handling information requests from our website.

- Advising and guiding potential customers through the online ordering process for Polestar.

- Resolving issues for potential and existing customers.

- Collaborating closely with internal teams and departments to provide a seamless customer experience.

During your first weeks at Polestar, you will get to know your team, role, and the 'Polestar Way'.

We offer a training and development programme that provides ongoing opportunities for learning and expanding your skills.

The ideal candidate will have:

- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in German and good knowledge of English.

- A commercial or technical education or studies.

- Experience in customer service or sales with a focus on responding to calls, emails, tickets, or daily customer contact.

- Good comprehension to quickly learn new systems and processes.

- Team-oriented working style.

- Fluent German and English language skills (at least C1 in writing and speaking).

- Driver's license (Class B).

- Enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree programme.
