## Description

We are seeking a Client Implementation Analyst to join our team in Mumbai, India.

As a Client Implementation Analyst, you will be responsible for overseeing the Know Your Customer (KYC) framework within the Business and ensuring that KYC processes and procedures are well-functioning, aligned with regulations, and consistent with responsibilities and reporting lines within the Business.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Ultimate responsibility for KYC process and procedures and its well-functioning

- Provide regular MIS and ad-hoc information/reports on client base and selected KYC cases/files

- Support AML concerning business-view on specific KYC related topics

- Act as a counterpart for the Local AML Officer regarding general KYC questions

- Ensure all appropriate staff communications and training related to KYC

- Ensure suitable implementation of new regulation and policies

- Verify that Regional/Local KOPs are updated according to new DB policies and/or new and/or updated local regulatory legislation

- Establish a KYC reviews' plan and ensure its implementation

- Analyse the outcome of quality reviews and propose actions of improvement

- Ensure that all detected anomalies are solved and that all improvement actions defined are properly completed

- Escalate overdue actions according to each ABI location control structure
