## Description

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of CCSS Representative II. As a CCSS Representative II, you will handle contacts with our HSBC customers in a polite and friendly way, instilling customer confidence and resolving customer's issues at first contact where possible.

Principal responsibilities:

- Deliver what is promised in line with customer expectations.

- Offer value-added products and services based on customer needs analysis and ensure customer understanding of those products.

- 日常工作包括通过电话联系客户或相关部门获取资料信息，进行客户筛选及风险评估；

- 建立与保持良好的客户关系并改善客户服务质素；

- 按规定时间完成分配的任务，紧跟公司程序监控工作流程。

Requirements:

- Must have education standard to at least high school diploma and be of a legal working age.

- Must be proficient in language(s) required by the process.

- Open to working flexible shifting schedules.

- Must be flexible, customer-centric, and have the ability to thrive in a team environment seeking feedback and open to development.

- University undergraduate degree or above and over 1 year of relevant experience in finance or accounting;

- Familiar with financial instruments or investment-related products and terminology, as well as fund operation services;

- Good Chinese and English reading and writing skills;

- Proficient in basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office), fast typing speed;

- Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English, with strong communication skills;

- Able to investigate and solve customers' problems or provide reasonable solutions according to situations, and provide professional and quality services to customers;

- Comply with HSBC's compliance requirements and global standards, with a high sense of responsibility.
