## Description

We are seeking an experienced NPI Service Program Manager to lead and develop product support or solution(s) planning over the entire lifecycle.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

- Leading and developing product support or solution(s) planning over the entire lifecycle, including conformance to pricing strategies, end-to-end service delivery, and sales readiness and associated processes

- Representing services on product or solution core teams and providing service requirements into product development stages/phases

- Performing business analysis, identifying root cause, and developing recommendations/solutions to drive business improvements

- Working across regions/geographies and WW teams to develop and/or implement new/enhanced services, solutions, or programs and associated processes to meet emerging customer/market needs and fuel profitable growth

- Utilizing in-depth understanding of customer business and complex requirements to develop business case, validate the solution, and demonstrate services added value

- Providing mentoring and guidance to peers and lower-level employees

To be successful in this role, you will typically have:

- 8+ years of experience in Service Business Management

- Basic experience in one of the related disciplines of delivery, solution architecting, or business planning prior to taking a business management role

- English communication skills

- Bachelor's Degree concluded
