## Description

Ajax Systems is seeking a Global Recruiter to join their team.

As a Global Recruiter, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment on a global scale, including sourcing, interviewing, coordinating next steps, and extending offers. You will collaborate with Talent Sourcers, manage and advise key stakeholders, participate in brainstorming and problem-solving sessions, and support colleagues.

To be successful in this role, you should have 4+ years of recruitment experience filling hard-to-fill engineering and corporate roles, proven global recruitment experience hiring across multiple regions and time zones, a flexible and results-oriented approach, and strong English skills (speaking and writing at B2 - C1+ level).
