## Description

The Director, Enterprise Strategy & Transformation (ES&T) will perform comprehensive strategic reviews and analyses, develop robust recommendations, and support the annual enterprise strategic development process.

Key responsibilities include:

- Conducting strategic reviews and analyses

- Developing recommendations to support senior leaders

- Identifying benefits such as revenue streams or cost savings opportunities

- Producing materials for Group Executive and Board review

- Leading projects end-to-end and mentoring team members

Requirements:

- Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, International Development, or a related field

- 3 years of related work experience

- Experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, capital markets, or product management and strategy within the financial services, fintech, or technology industry
