## Description

We are seeking a lawyer to join our team in New York, focusing on alternative investment funds, with expertise in taxation of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and private equity funds.

The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of law firm experience, preferably from the class years 2020-2022.

Responsibilities include representing sponsors of alternative investment funds and handling international transactions.

Requirements:

- JD from an accredited law school or Tax LLM

- Admission to and good standing with the New York Bar

- Self-starter, team-oriented, with excellent written and oral communication skills

Benefits:

- Base salary range: $310,000 - $390,000

- Overtime pay, discretionary bonuses, and other benefits may be included in the total compensation package.
