## Description

We're looking for a Sr. Manager, Procurement Lease Administration to own the operational layer of Anthropic's Infrastructure Compute lease portfolio, focusing on data centers, co-location facilities, GPU, and TPU equipment finance leases.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Lease abstraction and system data hygiene: ingest new leases and amendments into the LMS with clean, complete data.

- Critical-date tracking and routing: monitor renewal windows, option deadlines, and notice periods.

- Landlord billing audits: review landlord invoices against lease terms, dispute errors, and reconcile CAM charges.

- Rent payment processing and AP coding: ensure accurate and timely rent and lease payments.

- Landlord billing ops and payment escalations: manage payment workflows and escalate commercial disputes.

- Lease system data stewardship and Workday integration: keep the LMS in sync with Workday/ERP.

- Support the accounting team's close cycle with clean subledger data and timely inputs.

**Minimum Qualifications:**

- Experience with an LMS (CoStar, Workday Lease, or equivalent).

- Attention to billing errors and lease language.

- Familiarity with ASC 842.

- AP process fluency.

- Comfort working in a fast-moving, technical environment.

- Prior work in a SOX-compliant environment.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- 7+ years of lease administration experience.

- Direct experience with data center or colo lease operations.

- Workday Financials / Workday Lease experience.

- AI first; creativity with automation, reporting, and efficiency with AI tools.

- Experience in a high-growth tech company.

- Familiarity with AI/ML infrastructure.

**Annual Compensation Range:** $230,000 - $300,000 USD
