## Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Downtrade Store Activator to join our team in Milan. As a Downtrade Store Activator, you will be responsible for effectively covering all agreed outlets at optimum frequencies in a cost-effective manner, managing and developing designated areas, maintaining and growing Perfect Store standards, influencing store-level orders, securing in-store presence, and completing administrative tasks.

**Responsibilities:**

- Territory Coverage: Effective coverage of all agreed outlets at optimum frequencies in a cost-effective manner. Manage and develop designated areas.

- Perfect Store: Maintain and grow Perfect Store standards focusing on availability, visibility, placements, and messaging. Build quality relationships with store stakeholders.

- Stock Management: Influence store-level orders to enable Red Bull range availability. Ensure fair stock levels for proper range availability and visibility.

- POS Management: Secure and improve in-store presence of Red Bull products. Place and maintain POS materials correctly.

- Administration and Reporting: Measure, track, and audit key in-store metrics using digital tools. Complete administrative tasks accurately and on time.

**Requirements:**

- Growth mindset and proactive approach

- Ability to manage and cultivate good relationships

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Comfortable working autonomously in a field-based environment

- Experience in FMCG is a plus

- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Valid driving license

- English language knowledge
