## Description

GDIT is seeking a Hybrid Cloud Platform Engineer to join their team in supporting their Intelligence customer in Springfield, VA or St Louis, MO. The successful candidate will work on a development team utilizing Agile scrum methodology to develop and maintain an agency-wide Platform as a Service (PaaS) capability deployed across multiple security domains.

The PaaS environment supports multiple tenants deploying various application stacks and data services. The engineer will be responsible for:

- O&M of existing Red Hat OpenShift environment across multiple security domains in both Cloud and datacenter (vSphere) environments

- Supporting OpenShift operators and frameworks including Crossplane, Kyverno, RedHat GitOps

- Deploying OpenShift to new sites as they come online

- Working with internal and external teams to understand integration requirements and scaling existing platforms to meet them

- Collaborating with Security to ensure ongoing compliance and developing secure solutions

- Supporting data services including RabbitMQ, Redis, PostgreSQL, Elastic Stack

- Compiling detailed documentation

The likely salary range for this position is $107,744 - $136,850.
