## Description

We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team at Soho House Los Cabos.

As a Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for the daily activities of the Housekeeping department, including managing a team of housekeeping staff, inspecting guest rooms, and providing quality service to all guests.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing the daily activities of the Housekeeping department

- Overseeing team management, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management

- Purchasing and maintaining housekeeping supplies and inventory

- Conducting pre-shift meetings and inspections of all rooms and public areas

- Maintaining the housekeeping budget and providing billing summaries and expenses

- Upholding the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and conduct

- Determining and maintaining the department work schedule

- Ensuring the proper maintenance of all equipment

- Coordinating guest and staff laundry services

- Knowledge of OSHA and safety standards within the Housekeeping department

Requirements:

- Minimum of 7+ years of previous experience managing a team of housekeeping employees

- Advanced knowledge of Housekeeping processes and procedures

- Proven experience supervising housekeeping departments of 15+ employees

- Ability to maintain a budget and provide excellent customer service

- Proficiency with general office PC applications

- Demonstrated sound organizational, coordinating, and personal interface skills

- Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills
