## Description

ElevenLabs is seeking a Workplace Operations lead for its New York office. As the go-to person for the rapidly growing US team, you will own the day-to-day workplace experience, ensuring smooth operations, maintaining high standards, and driving initiatives to elevate employee experience.

Responsibilities:

- Be the main point of contact for the office, welcoming guests, leading onboarding, and boosting team culture

- Run daily operations and manage vendors, including cleaning, maintenance, security, and shipping

- Optimize space and landlord relations, partnering with building management to maintain facilities

- Support events and VIP visitors, coordinating logistics for internal and external events

- Own onboarding and internal communications, partnering with People Ops to improve the local onboarding experience

Requirements:

- Based in New York, able to be in the office 5 days a week

- Strong operational expertise in managing high-visibility offices

- Experience acting as primary point of contact for building management and vendors

- Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders

- Proactive and forward-thinking approach with a proven ability to anticipate needs and implement new processes
