As a Hair Cutting Specialist in our Hairlab department, you'll be part of a team that values diversity and inclusivity.

Key Responsibilities:

- Hold a minimum SVQ/NVQ Level 2 in Hairdressing or equivalent experience

- Have at least 2 years of experience with running a column, or be able to demonstrate why you should be considered

- Possess exceptional customer service skills, including careful communication and consultations

- Be organised and punctual, with a professional and client-focused approach

- Be open-minded to receiving further training in the Lush HairLab way

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise:

- Learn and provide Lush HairLab services, including consultation, product choices, hair washing, cutting, and styling

- Collaborate with clients to carve out their true hair identity

- Educate clients on how to create the style and effect at home

- Contribute to and maintain a supportive working environment

- Maintain standards of personal and workspace presentation, cleanliness, and hygiene
