## Description

We are looking for local BCBAs to join our team throughout the state of Virginia. Above and Beyond Therapy is dedicated to delivering outstanding quality care and investing in the professional growth and personal happiness of our staff.

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with Above and Beyond Therapy, you will conduct intake evaluations, design treatment plans, supervise behaviour technicians, and provide support to families. Our BCBAs provide high-quality, compassionate care, combining extensive knowledge with innovative treatment techniques to improve clients' social, behavioural, and adaptive skills. We serve families with centre, home, and school-based services across Colorado, Georgia, Indiana, Nebraska, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Utah, Virginia, and Maryland.

**Responsibilities:**

- Conduct intake evaluations, including functional behavioural assessments and skills assessments

- Design treatment plans of care

- Supervise and monitor the progress of behaviour technicians

- Design positive behavioural treatment and skill acquisition plans

- Supervise and train ABA technicians

- Provide support during family conversations

- Graph data, adjust strategies, and provide progress summaries

**Requirements:**

- Valid BCBA Certificate

- Experience working with children and teens diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities

- Vehicle required for travel between assignments, and valid driver's license
