We have over 6,000 employees across the United States, and we're seeking a pre-litigation attorney to serve as a Pre-Suit Attorney in our growing Atlanta or Alpharetta, GA offices.

Responsibilities:

- Handle day-to-day pre-litigation work

- Complete Flip-to-Lit approval and TD approval for liability issues

- Guide clients through the case process and oversee settlement negotiations

- Draft and file pre-litigation documents

- Manage a team of 6-10 Case Managers

- Focus on personal injury cases, primarily general liability

- Drive compliance and KPIs amongst the team

- Conduct EUOs, PIP Statements, and recorded statements

Requirements:

- Law degree from a fully accredited law school

- Active member in good standing with the GA State Bar Association

- 1+ years of personal injury experience

- Ability to manage a high volume of pre-lit cases

- Excellent client service and communication skills

- Strong leadership skills

- Self-starter driven by long-term career goals

- Superior writing and oral advocacy skills

- Desire to become part of a trial team
