We're seeking a Lead AI Product Manager to own strategic workstreams, define product direction, and shape Zego's competitive position.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Set the six-to-12-month product strategy across multiple teams and domains

- Define and validate new revenue mechanics and build-vs-buy-vs-partner recommendations

- Embed rigorous experimentation as the default operating rhythm

- Build reusable AI playbooks, workflows, and assets

- Design product metrics and dashboards

- Own company-level programmes with direct P&L impact

- Coach Product Managers across the organisation

**Requirements:**

- Strategic product leadership experience in a high-growth environment

- Experiment-first approach with a track record of building experiment cultures

- Commercial and financial fluency with deep understanding of unit economics and revenue modelling

- Data mastery with experience in designing metrics and dashboards

- Technical depth with comfort engaging engineers on system architecture, APIs, and ML pipelines

- AI-first mindset with daily use of AI tools
