## Description

We are seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to join our Regulated Water Asset Design team, serving the municipal water sector in the UK and internationally. As a Senior Civil Engineer, you will take ownership of all aspects of project delivery, including health and safety, technical, quality, schedule, and budget.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing multi-disciplinary teams

- Shaping the delivery of services and identifying opportunities to deliver complementary services

- Building relationships with clients to ensure project outcomes and customer satisfaction

- Contributing to the identification and delivery of innovative approaches, new services, and digital products

- Acting as an ambassador for best practice within the Asset Design team and on client-sponsored initiatives

Requirements:

- A degree in Civil Engineering

- Chartered status, or significant progression towards membership of the ICE or CIWEM

- Experience in managing engineering design teams

- Experience in delivering projects to an identified budget and schedule

- Experience in mentoring or coaching junior civil engineering staff

- Client-facing experience

- Good presentation, written, and verbal communication skills
