## Description

Electronic Arts seeks an experienced Product Director to lead product strategy and live services for Pogo, a leading online casual games provider. The successful candidate will report to the Studio General Manager and serve as the studio's strategic product anchor.

As a Product Director, you will partner with cross-functional leadership to deliver a high-retention live service roadmap that delights players and meets core business outcomes. Your responsibilities will include:

- Driving the holistic product vision and roadmap for Pogo

- Optimizing and growing the existing web platform

- Developing a deep understanding of player motivations and market trends

- Making data-informed decisions to drive product roadmaps and executive narratives

- Delivering business commitments and balancing multi-stream monetization

- Leading the Product Management team and fostering cross-functional alignment

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of product management experience in digital games or web/mobile consumer platforms, demonstrated success optimizing and scaling an existing live consumer business, and high emotional intelligence.
