## Description

Playground Games is seeking a Facilities and Maintenance Technician to work with their Operations team in Leamington Spa on an agency contract.

As a Facilities and Maintenance Technician, you will provide day-to-day facilities and maintenance support across Playground Games' three Leamington Spa studio sites, handling a mix of planned and reactive maintenance activities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

- Carry out day-to-day facilities and maintenance tasks as directed

- Assist with larger facilities projects and builds

- Ensure compliance with statutory and legal requirements such as COSHH and Health & Safety

- Perform specific maintenance and safety checks, reporting deficiencies

- Keep facilities in excellent condition, including repairs, installation, and maintenance

- Respond to reactive facilities and maintenance failures

- Complete work requests in a timely manner

- Set up meeting rooms and breakout spaces for events

- Conduct PAT testing and ensure compliance

- Perform portering duties between studio sites

- Complete equipment deliveries and set up equipment for external events

- Perform other duties as requested

Requirements:

- Full UK Driving licence

- Understanding of H&S in the workplace

- Experience of Portable Appliance Testing (PAT)

- Professional attitude and excellent communication skills

- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills

- Ability to respond to unexpected events and competing deadlines

- Organised approach with planning and time management skills

- Flexibility to be involved in various operational support activities

- Strong working relationships with team members and adherence to company procedures
