**Principal Responsibilities:**

- Support end-to-end product development from ideation to implementation across all distribution channels

- Prepare and review product materials, such as product specifications and policy provisions

- Conduct UAT for front-end and back-end systems to ensure accuracy

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to gain insights on market trends

- Support ongoing product maintenance and post-launch initiatives

- Handle ad-hoc projects as needed

**Requirements:**

- University degree holder

- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in life insurance product development

- Good level of energy and enthusiasm, with the ability to work under pressure

- Strong business acumen and marketing sense

- Ability to navigate complexities and co-work with different levels of stakeholders

- Proficiency in both English and Chinese

- A team player with a great sense of ownership and servicing mindset
