## Description

We are looking for an experienced Agile Dev Team Member IV to join our team in Pune, India. As an Agile Dev Team Member IV, you will have collective responsibility for the design, development, testing, and deployment of system functionality. You will provide guidance, mentorship, and training to direct reporting staff of Agile Dev team members.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Design, develop, test, and deploy system functionality

- Provide technical feasibility using a range of coding methods and adhere to coding standards

- Ensure systems are architecturally sound, high in code and component quality, and easily modified to support future requirements

- Define and execute tests early, often, and at multiple levels

- Analyze system and business requirements for testability

- Identify common errors that occur in standard application testing

- Develop, document, execute, and maintain test cases and test data

- Report status of test plan execution through defect logs and defect tracking system

**Requirements:**

- 4-6 years of experience

- Strong understanding of customer needs and ability to interpret them into viable solutions

- Experience with Guidewire Policy Center 10 development and GOSU language

- Proficiency in Java, J2EE, Hibernate, Spring, Spring JPA, Spring Boot

- Experience with Agile development methodologies

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

**Nice to Have:**

- Experience with testing tools and techniques

- Knowledge of automation tools and frameworks

- Familiarity with DevOps practices
