## Description

Grab is Southeast Asia's leading superapp, providing various services such as food delivery, financial management, and transportation.

You will be responsible for owning test strategy planning, prioritization, execution, maintenance, and promoting automation and best practices in testing to ensure high product quality in FundsCore platforms.

**Critical Tasks:**

- Determine test coverage and types of tests required through understanding of user stories, feature aspects, system design, and code.

- Identify and classify critical test cases and implement them to safeguard systems and products.

- Remove reliance on manual test cases through migration to automated testing methods or automating existing tests.

- Ensure the team's test repertoire meets the balance mandated by the Testing Pyramid.

- Design and review medium and large tests at an early stage.

- Build, extend, and customize testing frameworks.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent working experience.

- Proficiency in English (spoken and written).

- 5+ years of relevant software development experience with proficiency in test automation and solid coding skills in languages such as Golang or Python.

- Experience contributing to quality through design reviews, MRs discussions, and observability practices.

- Operational and compliance excellence – ability to implement solutions that meet requirements for Observability, SLAs, Security, Data Governance, and Regulatory compliance.
