## Description

We are seeking a Sales Director to lead our sales team in Hong Kong. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive sustainable revenue growth across TransUnion Hong Kong.

**Role Overview and Core Responsibilities** The Sales Director is responsible for leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing sales team accountable for achieving revenue targets while maintaining and expanding existing client relationships.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop and execute sales strategies and scalable sales processes that drive year-over-year revenue growth across existing and new accounts.

- Create and implement strategic sales plans, forecasts, and business objectives aligned with corporate goals.

- Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships within the banking and financial services sector.

- Drive revenue growth through new client acquisition, account expansion, and cross-selling opportunities.

- Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed business objectives.

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related discipline; MBA or Master's degree preferred.

- Minimum 10 years of successful sales and sales leadership experience within the banking and financial services industry.

- Proven track record of delivering significant revenue growth and acquiring new business.

- Demonstrated ability to recruit, develop, coach, and lead high-performing sales teams.

**Success Measures:**

- Achievement of annual revenue and growth targets.

- New client acquisition and expansion of existing accounts.

- Strength and quality of sales pipeline and forecast accuracy.

- Client retention, satisfaction, and relationship growth.
