## Description

As a senior consultant, you will support HR Reporting and Analytics to solve business problems using quantitative and qualitative analysis.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Analyzing workforce metrics, trends, and statistical models to solve information problems

- Developing related predictive analytics and supporting standard reporting and data analysis needs

- Assisting support team members with understanding data and meeting user requirements

- Participating in project work groups with Subject Matter Experts and stakeholders to support data-specific needs

Key tasks will involve:

- Creating and maintaining standard management and ad hoc reports

- Providing quantitative comparisons of data points using statistical analysis

- Gathering requirements based on customer needs and collaborating with subject matter experts

- Communicating findings in a clear and simple manner with excellent written and oral communication skills

You will also be expected to:

- Ensure confidentiality of records and HR information

- Execute reporting and analysis with a focus on process improvement

- Support running models and reports to analyze workforce data

- Report results of statistical analyses in the form of graphs, charts, and tables

Requirements include:

- Minimum three years of analytics experience in a relevant field

- Experience in proactively identifying, prioritizing, and delivering small to mid-size projects

- Basic process design and mapping skills

- General knowledge of measurement and statistics

- Strong interpersonal, communication, and time management skills

- Basic proficiency in data visualization applications (e.g., R, Python, Tableau)

- Basic proficiency in SQL
