## Description

As a Feasibility Lead at ICON Strategic Solutions, you will work in a sponsor-dedicated model, supported by ICON's global expertise.

You will lead country selection strategy, developing data-driven recommendations on country mix, site allocation, and enrollment distribution.

Key responsibilities include:

- Overseeing CRO completion of design and execution of feasibility assessments

- Pressure-testing enrollment assumptions

- Building and maintaining a curated site and investigator landscape

- Leading site identification and qualification

- Tracking and managing site performance history

- Maintaining feasibility metrics and enrollment

- Presenting feasibility findings, trade-offs, and recommendations

- Serving as the feasibility point of contact for assigned programs

- Managing feasibility and site intelligence vendors and CRO feasibility teams

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, nursing, public health, or a related field

- 5+ years of clinical operations experience in biotech, pharma, or CRO

- Therapeutic experience in Immunology highly preferred

- Demonstrated ownership of country selection and/or site selection recommendations for global studies

- Strong quantitative skills

- Working knowledge of ICH GCP, global regulatory and start-up requirements

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
