## Description

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team at our Annapolis location. As a Physical Therapist, you will work with patients to develop and implement treatment plans to help them recover from injuries or manage chronic conditions. You will also educate patients on proper techniques for exercise and mobility.

Responsibilities:

- Evaluate patients' physical abilities and develop individualized treatment plans

- Conduct physical therapy sessions, including exercises and manual therapy

- Educate patients on proper techniques for exercise and mobility

- Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
