## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, working through the night from 22:00 to 06:00, Sunday to Tuesday. Due to operational requirements, you may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

As a Customer Assistant, you'll be at the frontline of our retail operations, providing exceptional customer service, recommending products, and driving sales growth. You'll need to be digitally confident, using tools like the Sparks App and in-store devices to enhance the customer experience.

Key responsibilities include:

- Delivering five-star service at pace, even in high-pressure environments

- Confidently recommending and selling new food products

- Utilising digital tools to enhance the customer experience

- Contributing to a positive, high-energy team environment

- Adapting to changing demands and working across various areas of the store

In return, you'll receive a competitive hourly rate, plus a £3.00 per hour unsocial premium for hours worked between 22:00 and 06:00.
