## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in Operations, a physically demanding role that keeps stores running smoothly. You'll handle stock, deliveries, and behind-the-scenes tasks to ensure the shop floor is full, clean, and ready for customers.

Work pattern: Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, 10:00-14:00. Due to operational requirements, you may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

Responsibilities:

- Work flexibly across the store where needed

- Use digital tools to track deliveries and manage stock efficiently

- Be a team player, working across functions and supporting colleagues

- Adapt quickly to changing demands

Note: This role involves operating mechanical equipment, so applicants must be 18+.
