Are you looking for a career where you can make a real difference in the lives of children and families? Above and Beyond Therapy is seeking individuals to join our team as a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) and provide paid training to help you achieve this goal.

As an RBT, you will work with children in their homes or in our centre-based services, providing Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) therapy to help them develop essential skills such as behaviour management, toileting, feeding, and compliance.

## Responsibilities and Duties

- Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home or clinic environments

- Implement individualized treatment plans and programs as written by the supervising BCBA

- Collect data and submit session notes

- Collaborate with peers and supervisors

- Participate regularly in staff meetings and trainings

- Commute to each location with a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle

- Perform other duties as assigned

## Qualifications and Skills

- Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder

- Effective communication in English, including verbal and written communication

- Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families

- Valid state identification card

- Reliable transportation

- Pass a criminal background check
