## Description

We are seeking a Site Activation Manager to direct and manage the execution of strategic, operational, and financial delivery of required Site Activation activities.

The successful candidate will provide strategic planning and project oversight to accelerate Site Activation through best-in-class project management, ensuring fast site activation for patient enrollment.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing strategic planning and project oversight for multiple regions

- Supporting pre-award/bid defense activities

- Overseeing the execution of Start Up and Lifecycle Maintenance for assigned projects

- Developing, implementing, and maintaining the Site Activation Management Plan

- Collaborating with key stakeholders to deliver the agreed project scope

- Executing operational strategy and expectations for maintenance of clinical study approvals

- Assessing and reviewing the regulatory landscape and contributing to the collection of regulatory intelligence

- Determining regulatory strategy and expectations for submissions and authorizations

- Providing ongoing updates and reporting to various levels of the organization

- Ensuring accurate completion and maintenance of internal systems and databases

- Creating and reviewing technical and administrative documentation

- Mentoring and coaching colleagues as required

- Maintaining and developing relationships with preferred IQVIA customers

- Delivering presentations and training to clients, colleagues, and professional bodies

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or a related field

- At least 5 years of experience, with 2 years of lead experience in a scientific or clinical environment

- Demonstrable experience in an international role or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
